Our services are provided only till the Municipal limits of the cities that we cater to.

  • At the time of pickup, your gadget will be inspected by our Moobloo buddy, and we ensure careful handling of your gadget.
  • Additional charges to repair the damage quoted by the service center as per norms will be paid by the customer.
  • In case the customer wants to proceed with the repair; payment for the same will have to be done in COD (Cash on delivery) mode.
  • Moobloo is liable for the part that has come for repair only. Moobloo will not entertain any claims apart from the repaired products.
  • Address for drop of the gadget can be changed only within the municipal limits of the city from which the pickup is arranged.
  • In case of the customer has purchased Non Warranty Products , Moobloo will accept only checking warranty.
  • Once agreed upon the services, you are liable to pay pick up service fees to Moobloo in any case. So make sure your availability at the time of your pick up.
  • You can cancel or re schedule the pick up before half an hour of previous schedule.
  • Moobloo gives you the best fit options for device service provider of your probelem and it is not liable to damage occurred at the repair shop. Moobloo is liable for any damage during pick up and delivery of your device.
  • Same Day Pick up is arranged for all the requests between 10 am to 7 pm, Monday to Saturday depending on the availability of our Moobloo buddies.

The required information for service are :

  • Name of the subscriber.
  • Address at which the gadget is required to be picked up or drop.
  • Contact number and email id.
  • Gadget type.
  • Make.
  • Model.
  • Serial Number / Unique Identification Number.

Claims :

  1. Moobloo shall collect the gadget from the customer and take it to verified partner service centre of the Brand.
  2. Moobloo shall arrange for a quotation by the service centre.
  3. For all cases, the Partner Service centre will go ahead with repair only after a formal approval in writing from Moobloo.
  4. Damaged gadget/parts once replaced will be the property of Moobloo.

Terms & Conditions :

  1. The Program is valid for gadgets purchased anywhere in the world.
  2. Moobloo is not liable for any warantee break given by the manufacturer or any other service provider.
  3. There will not be any settlement other than in cash with the customer.
  4. Willful act, fraud, ignorance or negligence by the customer or any person acting on customers behalf is liable to legitimate action according to the Moobloo sytems(i.e. payment or anyother services) and indian legal laws.
  5. The program does not cover accessories.
  6. Any claim arising out of criminal Breach of Trust shall be executed according to the legal laws.

Moobloo shall also reserve the right to cancel the Program or introduce new Program without any prior notice.

Moobloo Service is subject to agreed terms & conditions of the Policy.
