    Moobloo will match the best of the verified service vendor to your need and will arrange a hassel free pick up and drop service to your door step.
  2. I want to change my schedule pick up or drop.
    You can change your schedule from your account before half an hour of your scheduled time. Unable to do so customer is liable to pay pick up charges in any case.
  3. I feel my device parts are changed or replaced falsely.
    Moobloo is just a platform to match your needs for mobile repair to the mobile shop. Moobloo does not assure any liability for the issue. In this case you can directly deal with the service repair shop.
  4. I am not available at the time of pick up,what should I do?
    You have to pay pick up charge to moobloo agent. However to avoid such situation you can avoid it by changing the pick up time before 30 mins.
  5. What are the safety measures taken by moobloo.
    Moobloo is responsible for your device safety during pick up and drop travel period. Device probelem occurs at shop should be tackled by customer themselves. However we choose our vendors with very curated process, such case is not likely to occur.
  6. Which gadgets you provide services for?
    Moobloo provides services for mobiles and tablets only.
  7. Which brands of mobiles you deal with?
    We generally offer all the branded products like Apple, Samsung, Microsoft, Micromax, Motorola etc.
  8. I have arranged my pick up in surat, but for some reason I want it to be delievered in other city.
    Sorry, We will deliver your gadget in the same municipal limits from which the pick up is scheduled.
  9. How will I identify Moobloo agent that comes from pick up.
